Project Scope:

The Optimum Group was retained to implement a full service Quality Assurance Program. This effort was composed of both kitchen and service elements. The program includes a quarterly front and back of the house sanitation and safety review (kitchen, storage, bar, service & support areas).  The program is further supported with a mystery shopping review that is provided on a monthly basis to assess service to ensure consistency of the concept as it relates to perception and execution of its product and services within the restaurant.
