River Bend Bistro & Wine Bar

The Optimum Group’s engagement included a financial and operational review with respect to the valuation of client’s business asset, the River Bend Bistro & Wine Bar, a well-established and successful restaurant and wine bar located in Alexandria Virginia. The purpose of the project was to assist the ownership in estimating the value of this on-going concern. As such, Optimum assessed the financial condition and the operating strength of the entity based on the results of a review of the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, lease and other related financial and business metrics that allowed Optimum to offer an “opinion” as to the estimated value of the business based on the independent, single unit economic and existing restaurant market.
