Project Scope
When the Trump Organization purchased a private county club, Lowes Island, located in Sterling Virginia to add to the collection of the internationally recognized Trump’s portfolio of Trump National Country Clubs, the Optimum Group was retained to represent Trump in connection with local, state oriented assistance in obtaining the required ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) license for the club that would allow the procurement, storage and dispensing of alcoholic beverages. This effort included coordination of the filing with both the Trump Organization and the Commonwealth of Virginia on both the local and state levels in order to secure the alcoholic beverage license.
