Project Scope:

The Optimum Group was contracted in 2011 to provide a Quality Assurance Program consisting of back of the house sanitation & safety audits, as well as mystery shopping in the front of the house. Optimum continues to provide these same services today. The purpose of the program is to ensure Marriott’s third party foodservice provider of their international headquarters building is meeting appropriate and pre-defined operating standards. The operating units in the building complex include their 6,000 square foot employee cafeteria, catering and a retail Starbucks store. The quarterly program includes (6) sanitation & safety audits, (4) mystery shopping reviews and executive analysis & reporting.

The Optimum Group also provides quarterly briefing(s) to Marriott and the third party operator leadership teams to address quarterly assessments and corrective action solutions.
